Chicken fillet can be the basis for cooking chops, cutlets, and it can also be stewed with vegetables and sauces. The fillet can also be used to make juicy kebabs and salads.

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious chicken fillet dish cooked in potato batter.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 500 g
  • Potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
  • Cheese - 70 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Pepper - 1 pinch
  • Paprika - 1 pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Wash, dry and cut the chicken fillet in half, lengthwise and cut each piece again lengthwise, but not completely. Add the spices and rub the fillets on both sides.

2. Wash, peel, and grate the potatoes, making sure to squeeze them. Beat in the eggs, add salt, flour, and mix.

3. Put the cheese, cut into small pieces, inside the fillet.

4. Cover the fillet with the potato batter, pressing it firmly with slightly moistened hands.

5. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets in the batter on both sides until golden brown.

You can serve with sour cream, it is perfect for the dish!
