- kefir - 150 ml

- soda - 0.5 tsp
- flour - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the egg with sugar, and add to the kefir at room temperature.
2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
3. Melt the butter, and add to the dough.
4. Fry the pancakes.

- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- flour - 250 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolk with sugar and salt.
2. Add milk and beat the mixture. Gradually add the sifted flour.
3. Add baking powder and oil, and mix with a mixer until smooth.
4. Beat the egg whites to peaks and add to the milk mixture. Stir and fry the pancakes in a dry frying pan.
