- cottage cheese - 430 g
- sugar - 40 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- flour - 20 g
- coconut flakes - 30 g
- egg yolk - 1 pc
- oil for frying
- flour for rolling

1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
2. Combine all the ingredients.
