Sour milk cottage cheese and pita are the basis for making sweet rolls, which are perfect for breakfast, a snack or just as a dessert for tea. At the same time, the filling of the dish can be both salty and sweet. The most important thing is that rolls are prepared in just 15-20 minutes.

One of the blogs about sports and nutrition (fasting_marafon) on Instagram published a recipe for sweet rolls with cottage cheese, which you can easily make from pita bread.

Ingredients:

• cottage cheese - 460 g
• sweetener
• vanilla - 1 tsp.
• eggs - 1 pc
• sour cream - 1 tbsp.
• pita - 100 g
• egg - 1 pc
• powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Mix cottage cheese, sweetener, vanillin, egg and sour cream for the filling. Mix everything to a homogeneous consistency.

2. Cut pita into strips.

3. Put some filling on a strip of pita and wrap everything in the form of a roll.

4. The rolls should be smeared with egg. Bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

5. Sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your appetite!
