Stuffed mushrooms in the oven: recipe for juicy filling
Stuffed mushrooms are a budget-friendly, non-trivial and tasty appetizer that can be prepared for a festive table or as an everyday meal. You can stuff them with cheese, minced meat, meat, chicken and even vegetables and serve them with mashed potatoes or cereals.
Food blogger Yevheniia with the nickname evgeniya_recipes shared a recipe for stuffed mushrooms on her Instagram page. She recommends using chicken and cheese for the filling.
Ingredients:
- large champignons - 400 g
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- hard cheese - 100 g
- onions - 1 pc
- sour cream 20% - 3 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash mushrooms, remove the stem and put them on a greased parchment.
2. Cut fillet and onion. Fry together over low heat until golden brown.
3. Then add sour cream, salt and pepper. Fry for another 5 minutes.
4. Put the prepared filling into the mushroom caps.
5. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 150 degrees.
