Ingredients
- Puff and yeast dough
- Cheese - 160 g
- Spinach - 75 gr
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Salt
- Provencal herbs
- Egg yolk
- Sesame seeds
Method of preparation
1. Grate the cheese and add spinach, eggs, salt, and Provencal herbs. Mix everything well.
2. Put the thawed dough on a floured surface and roll it out a little.
3. Spread the filling on one half of the dough, 1 cm from the edge.
4. Cover the future pie with the second half of the dough and pinch it tightly.
5. Put the cake on a baking sheet with parchment, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
