The idea of making salted lard, which can be eaten in a day, was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna with the nickname katia_cooking_. The product turns out to be very spicy and flavorful, and is delicious to eat simply on bread.
Ingredients:
- lard (it is better to take a small piece)
- salt - 1.5 tsp
- pepper - 1.5 tsp
- a bunch of any greens
- garlic - 1 large head
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
2. Thinly slice the lard, just to the skin.
3. Combine salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle each piece of lard and put 3-4 pieces of garlic.
5. Squeeze well, sprinkle with greens.
6. Wrap in cling film and parchment.
7. Put in the refrigerator for a day.
