Spectacular Raffaello dessert without baking: made from wafer cakes
Raffaello is the perfect dessert for any celebration. You don't need an oven to make it. And it is served in an ordinary glass. For the base, you will need regular wafer cakes.

Ingredients:
- wafer cakes - 1 pc
- almonds or other nuts - 30-50 g
- coconut flakes - 30 g
- milk - 200 ml
- white chocolate - 100 g
- corn starch - 3 tsp
- sugar to taste

1. Put the milk and white chocolate on medium heat, add cornstarch, sugar (if you need a sweeter taste) and bring to a thickening.

2. Remove from heat and cool.
3. Dry the nuts on a dry frying pan.

4. Crush the wafer cakes into crumbs.

5. Pour a little waffle crumbs into the glass, then put nuts, a little coconut, put the cream, then repeat.
6. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and decorate to your liking.
