  • potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
  • boiling water
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dry garlic - 1 tsp.
  • red pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • starch - 1 tbsp
  • oil - 3 tbsp.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • sour cream - 3 tbsp.
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Cut potatoes into slices.

2. Rinse, put in a bowl and cover with boiling water.

3. Add salt and leave for 20 minutes under the lid.

4. Drain water.

5. Add spices, starch, and oil and stir.

6. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes (until cooked).

7. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and serve with the potatoes.
