Pita bread can be used not only as a light snack but also as a hearty lunch. You can wrap meat, lots of vegetables and herbs in this base. You can use sour cream instead of mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 50 g
  • canned pineapple - 1 ring
  • boiled chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • lettuce leaves - to taste
  • hard cheese - 50 g
  • tortilla - 1 pc.
  • natural yogurt - 2 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut meat and pineapples.

2. Grate cheese and egg.

3. Put all the ingredients on the pita bread.

4. Add yogurt as a sauce.

5. Wrap the pita bread.

6. Fry on a grill (or frying pan) until golden brown.
