When baked, potatoes often turn out dry or burn. At the same time, there is no crispy crust. To make the potatoes soft on the inside and crispy on top, you should use the boiling water technique.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dried garlic
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. oil (sunflower or olive)
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes very well and cut them into pieces.
2. Pour boiling water over them.
3. Cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes.
4. After that, dry the potatoes very well with a paper towel.
5. Add salt, pepper, sweet paprika, dried garlic, starch, oil and mix very well.
6. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
