Quick tartlets with crab sticks for both a snack and a festive table
Tartlets are an ideal option for both a healthy snack and a festive appetizer. Crab sticks are a great choice for the base. They do not require heat treatment: you just need to cut them. It is also a great alternative to the classic crab salad.
The idea of making delicious tartlets with crab sticks was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia (cook_julija_simonchuk).
Ingredients:
- tartlets - 7-8 pcs.
- processed cheese - 1 pc (75 g)
- crab sticks - 100 g
- boiled egg - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- mayonnaise - to taste
- salt and pepper - to taste;
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Grate crab sticks, melted cheese and boiled egg on a coarse grater.
2. Add garlic.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chop greens.
5. Season with mayonnaise.
6. Stir until smooth.
7. Put the cooked mass into tartlets.
