Ingredients:
- 500 g tomatoes
- half a bunch of parsley and dill
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 hot pepper
Method of preparation:
1. It is better to choose small tomatoes so that they marinate well.
2. Make a cruciform incision on the tomatoes, but not all the way through, so that the fruit remains intact.
3. Add chopped greens, vinegar, sugar, salt.
4. Finely chop the hot peppers.
