Method of preparation:
1. First, wash and cut courgettes into thick circles.
2. Peel garlic and wash the herbs. Remove zest from the lemons and squeeze the juice.
3- Place garlic, bay leaf, horseradish leaves and allspice in the bottom of a sterile jar. Lay out the zucchini, pouring over the lemon zest.
4. To prepare the marinade, mix water, sugar, salt, spices and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, remove from the heat and immediately fill the jars with it.
5. Sterilize the jars from the moment of boiling for 10-15 minutes. After that, hermetically close the lids. Done!
