Quick pickled tomatoes: how to make a spicy appetizer
The season of fresh vegetables will be over soon. Therefore, you should actively eat them right now to enrich your body with vitamins for the whole winter. In this case, delicious pickled tomatoes are perfect. This appetizer is the perfect complement to a variety of meat and fish dishes.

Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 600-700 g
- garlic - 4-5 cloves
- herbs (basil and dill are best)
- oil - 2 tbsp
- vinegar - 1 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- ground black pepper
Cooking method:
1. Wash the tomatoes (you can use any), cut them into large pieces. Finely chop the garlic and herbs.
2. Mix vegetables, herbs, and garlic.
3. Mix sugar, salt, vinegar and oil, pour the mixture over the tomatoes, pepper, and stir.
4. Put the tomatoes in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
