Ingredients
- chicken liver - 600 gr
- onions - 2 pcs
- carrots - 2 pcs
- cream 10% - 100 ml
- salt
- pepper
- lingonberry jam
How to cook
1. Wash liver and cut off all the excess. By the way, you can take any liver.
2. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Put the liver in a frying pan heated with oil and fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Peel onion and cut it into large cubes. Cut carrots into rings.
5. Grind the prepared liver in a meat grinder.
6. Fry the carrots and onions in the same pan and then pass them through a meat grinder.
7. Add cream to the mixture and beat well with a blender.
8. Put the pate into containers, smooth it out and put lingonberry jam on top.
