The cinnabon is the most famous pastry in the world, dating back to 1985. It was then that the Komen family from Seattle came up with a unique recipe for a buttery bun that soon became the best in the world.

Nowadays, cinnabons are available in almost every coffee shop and bakery. However, their taste is often disappointing because the dough is too dry and the icing is not sweet enough. That's why celebrity chef Hector Jiménez-Bravo decided to share his recipe for the perfect cinnabons on Instagram.
