Successful pancakes are made only if you add warm milk to the batter. This will make them elastic, thin, and never tear.

On her Instagram page, food blogger Victoria Didus shared a recipe for delicate pancakes with milk that never tear.

Recipe for pancakes with milk

Ingredients:

  • warm milk - 500 ml
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 90 g (3 tbsp)
  • vanilla sugar (optional) - 10 g
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 280 g
  • sunflower oil - 30 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, baking soda and part of the flour. Mix until smooth.

2. Add half of the warm milk and the rest of the flour. Stir until there are no lumps.

3. Add the rest of the milk and flour. Mix until smooth.

4. Pour in the oil and mix. If the dough is too thick, add water.

5. Heat a frying pan and grease with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes.
