Ingredients:

  • kefir - 130 ml
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • flour - 350 g
  • raisins - 50 g

Method of preparation:

1. In a bowl, add kefir, egg, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of sugar and vegetable oil.

2. Beat the ingredients with a fork until smooth.

3. Add the raisins, sifted flour and baking powder. Knead the dough. It is tender, soft, and easily sticks to your hands.

4. To form the cookies, divide the dough into small balls and roll them in your palms. Pour sugar into a plate and dip the cookie dough on one side.

5. Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. No need to press the cookies down with your palm. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
