Not just gray porridge: how to make delicious oatmeal for everyone to eat
Many people are used to the idea that oatmeal is a gray and bland porridge. But this is not the case at all; the product just needs to be cooked properly. It can be not only healthy but also very tasty.
The idea of cooking lazy oatmeal with banana and cocoa was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Veligura (yummy.lera). This dish can easily replace high-calorie desserts with sugar.
Recipe for lazy oatmeal with chocolate and banana

Ingredients:
- 75 g banana
- 75 g of oatmeal
- 7 g of cocoa
- a pinch of salt
- 200 ml of milk
- 40 g of boiled condensed milk/caramel/peanut butter
- 20 g of chocolate
- 10 g of nuts
Method of preparation:

1. Mash the ripe banana to a puree.
2. Add oatmeal, cocoa, salt, milk and mix.

3. If you like it sweeter, add any sweetener (sugar/syrup/sugar substitute/honey, etc.).
4. Put it in the fridge overnight.

5. In the morning, add a thin layer of boiled condensed milk/caramel/peanut butter, pour melted chocolate over it, and sprinkle with nuts.
