The idea of cooking lazy oatmeal with banana and cocoa was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Veligura (yummy.lera). This dish can easily replace high-calorie desserts with sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 75 g banana
  • 75 g of oatmeal
  • 7 g of cocoa
  • a pinch of salt
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 40 g of boiled condensed milk/caramel/peanut butter
  • 20 g of chocolate
  • 10 g of nuts

1. Mash the ripe banana to a puree.

2. Add oatmeal, cocoa, salt, milk and mix.

3. If you like it sweeter, add any sweetener (sugar/syrup/sugar substitute/honey, etc.).

4. Put it in the fridge overnight.

5. In the morning, add a thin layer of boiled condensed milk/caramel/peanut butter, pour melted chocolate over it, and sprinkle with nuts.
