Milchmadchen or Milk Girl dessert is a popular cake made from sponge cake with condensed milk. In the classic version, you need to bake several cakes and then grease them with cream. But the following recipe is much simpler because the base needs to be crushed into crumbs. Then you should simply put everything in glasses in layers.

The idea of preparing the Milk Girl dessert in a glass was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria Panasiuk (viktoria.panasiuk). It's very convenient as you don't need to cut anything. The dessert is served right in the glass.

5. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven until lightly browned (10-12 minutes).

Recommendations

6. Whip the well-cooled cream, gradually adding powdered sugar. The mass should become fluffy and hold its shape well. Make sure not to over-whip it because the cream may split.
