Mayonnaise salad in a new way: add one healthy ingredient
This salad is dressed with mayonnaise or yogurt. But, at the same time, it is not too high in calories. This is because it contains lean chicken fillet and broccoli. And thanks to the nuts and garlic, the taste is very spicy.

Ingredients:
- broccoli
- chicken fillet
- cherry tomatoes
- hard cheese
- chopped nuts
- salt/pepper
- clove of garlic
- yogurt, mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
2. Boil in boiling salted water for no more than 3-4 minutes, put on a plate.
3. Cut the baked or boiled chicken fillet into small cubes.
4. Also chop the tomatoes and grate the cheese, add everything to the broccoli.
5. For the dressing, mix 2 tbsp of yogurt and mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and a clove of garlic.
6. Add chopped nuts if desired.
7. Mix everything well.
