Low-calorie dessert in a minute: how to make
A delicious dessert doesn't have to be baked – it can be much faster. Very simple and healthy ingredients make a delicious mousse that you can prepare in just 1 minute. It will also be very low in calories.
The idea of preparing a low-calorie dessert without baking was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ilona Kostiuk (ilonakostiuk). It contains no flour or sugar.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- large banana – 1 pc
- hemp seeds – 60 g
- Chia seeds – 60 g
- cocoa powder – 20 g
- almond paste – 30 g
- soy milk – 370 g
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the bananas.
2. Place in the blender bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Beat everything until smooth.
4. Pour into glasses.
5. Leave in the refrigerator until it hardens.
