Light salad with beets and green peas: prepared without mayonnaise

Right now, beets are sweet and juicy. Therefore, it is worth using it to make a salad. If you prefer lighter dishes, do not use mayonnaise for dressing.

The idea of making a salad with beets and canned peas was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname yti_cook . The dish can also be used for a festive table.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium cooked beets
  • 5 tbsp. canned green peas
  • parsley
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tbsp. unagi or soy sauce

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the beetroot into slices.

2. Put them in a deep plate.

3. Add 5 tbsp of peas, chopped parsley.

4. Season with oil.

5. Season with salt and add the sauce.

6. If you add soy sauce, taste the salad first and then add salt.
