- kefir - 500 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs
- salt - ½ tsp
- flour - 200 g
- soda - ¼ tsp
- oil - 2 tbsp
- boiling water - 50-70 ml
- hard cheese - 200 gr

Method of preparation
1. Combine kefir with eggs and salt. Mix well.
2. Add sifted flour and baking soda. Mix again.
3. Add grated cheese, herbs and oil. Mix well.
4. Pour in boiling water, stir again, and proceed to frying.
5. Grease a pan with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes for 3 minutes on each side.
