Julienne in baskets that flies away in minutes: a very simple filling

Chicken and mushroom julienne is a popular appetizer that is often served at various celebrations. It will be much easier to serve it in crispy tartlets. It's very convenient to eat such a portioned dish, so it flies away in a matter of minutes.

The idea of cooking julienne with chicken and mushrooms in tartlets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kristina Novak (krissti.novak). It takes only 15 minutes to bake.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 500 g
  • tartlets
  • mushrooms - 300 g
  • mayonnaise or sour cream
  • corn
  • 1 egg
  • cheese - 200 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut mushrooms and chicken into small pieces.

2. Fry everything until tender.

3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

4. Put the cooked mushrooms and chicken on a plate.

5. Add the raw egg and corn.

6. Stir, add mayonnaise or sour cream to taste.

7. Put this mass into tartlets.

8. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
