- chicken or turkey fillet - 2 pcs
- sour cream
- mustard
- mushrooms - 1 pc
- tomatoes - 1 pc
- cheese - 100 g
- parsley - 1 bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut and pound fillets. Put them on a baking sheet.
2. Brush each piece of meat with mustard and sour cream.
3. Slice tomatoes and mushrooms and grate cheese. Put mushrooms, then tomatoes on the meat and then sprinkle with cheese.
