Juicy cutlets with mushrooms for lunch: how to cook
Meat cutlets are the perfect addition to porridge, pasta, or boiled potatoes. It is especially tasty if all this food is homemade. To make the cutlets soft and not dry, add mushroom gravy.

Ingredients:
- minced chicken fillet (or other meat) - 300 g.
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs - 70 g.
- milk - 100 g.
- butter - 10 g.
- fresh champignons - 250 g.
- flour - 3 tbsp.
- vegetable broth (or water) - 300 g.
- cream 10% - 200 g.
- salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg and milk to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper and add your favorite spices.
2. Mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Cover the baking dish with foil and make small cutlets.
4. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms and onions in butter.
6. Add flour, broth and cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add the baked cutlets to the sauce, stir, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
