Juicy chicken with rice: tastier than usual pilaf
Chicken is undoubtedly the perfect match for rice. However, it is very important to make this dietary meat juicy and tender. To do this, use the following technique.

Ingredients for the chicken:
- fillet - 1 pc.
- flour - 80 g
- breading - 80 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- spices: salt, pepper, Italian herbs, dried garlic - to taste
Ingredients for the sauce:
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt, Italian herbs - to taste
- pickled cucumber - 1 pc
Method of preparation:
1. Cut chicken fillet into small pieces and pound them.
2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Mix eggs with salt and dried garlic. Mix flour with Italian herbs.
4. First roll the chicken pieces in flour, then in egg, and then in breadcrumbs or breading.
5. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
6. Chop cucumber for the sauce. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add salt and herbs. Squeeze garlic through a press and add the chopped cucumber. Mix well.
7. Serve, preferably with rice.
