Ingredients:
- apples - 8 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- butter - 30 g.
- milk - 100 ml.
- flour - 80 g.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 50 g.
Streusel:
- butter - 40 g
- flour - 70 g
- sugar - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar. Then pour in milk, melted butter, add flour and baking powder. Beat everything with a mixer.
2. Cut the apples into very thin slices. Pour them into the liquid dough and mix thoroughly, pour the dough into the mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180 C.
3. For the streusel: grate the butter into the flour, add the sugar and grind everything into crumbs.
4. Sprinkle the finished pie with streusel and cook for another 20 minutes in the oven.
