Instead of mayonnaise: how to make nut sauce for salads

If you don't know what to replace mayonnaise with in your salads, then nut sauce is a great alternative. The sauce is based on nuts, soy sauce, citrus notes of lime and spicy notes of garlic. It takes only 5 minutes to prepare.
Chef Mykola Lyulko with the nickname mykola_lyulko, shared a recipe for a nutty salad sauce on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cashew nuts - 150 g
- soy sauce - 115 ml
- Mirin sauce - 115 ml
- peeled apple - 100 g
- sesame paste - 60 g
- lime juice - 90 ml
- sugar - 30 g
- sunflower oil - 500 g
- garlic - 4 g
- onion - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare some ingredients: peel and chop the apple and onion into medium pieces, and peel the garlic.
2. Combine cashew nuts, soy sauce and mirin sauce, apple, pasta, sugar, oil, garlic and onion in a blender.
3. Cut the lime and squeeze the juice.
4. Beat everything until smooth.
