Incredible Thai sandwiches with mushrooms: great for a snack

Thai sandwiches with mushrooms are an unusual dish for our country, but you will definitely like it. It is easy to prepare, beautiful and nutritious, so it can be a great table decoration.

The real name of the dish is Kha-non-pang naa hed. And its recipe was shared by food blogger my_happyfood on Instagram.

Ingredients

  • cilantro - a few sprigs
  • bread
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1 pc
  • chopped mushrooms - 150 gr
  • egg - 1 pc
  • soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp
  • sugar - ½ tsp
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • chopped greens and green onions - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. Cut bread into slices and lightly dry in the oven or toaster.

2. Put cilantro, onion and garlic in a frying pan heated with oil, fry until soft, then add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.

3. Mix the mushroom filling, egg yolk and spices in a bowl and spread on the bread.

4. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt.

5. Dip the toast in it and put it on a preheated frying pan with the filling down.

6. Fry the toast until golden brown, then turn it over and wait for the same effect.

7. Sprinkle the finished toast with herbs.
