Ingredients for the marinade:

• juice of one large orange
• honey – 100 g
• soy sauce – 100 g
• lemon pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the fish, remove all the insides.

2. Make several cuts crosswise on the scales on one side.

3. Pour soy sauce into a separate container.

4. Squeeze the orange juice.

5. Add the honey.

6. Put the fish in the marinade.

7. Add spices and pour a little marinade on top.

8. Put into a baking dish.

9. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
