At all times, candles have been the most relevant decoration for a Christmas or New Year's table. They not only decorate the table but also make the holiday more atmospheric.

There are many different types of candles, including edible ones. A food blogger with the nickname dehustatorka shared one of the recipes for an edible candle on her TikTok. Anyone can make such a candle as the process does not require any extraordinary skills.

What do you need

• butter and oil
• culinary thread or twine
• form
• bread of round shape

How to cook

1. Put the mold into which the candle will be made in the middle of the bread and cut a deep hole in it. By the way, even an ordinary paper cup can be used as a candle mold.

2. Fix the thread (see photo).

3. Pour melted butter into the mold and refrigerate until the butter is completely frozen.

4. Remove the candle from the mold and place it in the bread.

This candle can also be placed on the table on a tray. You can dip slices of bread or any other food to your liking in the melted oil formed during the candle burning.
