Ingredients:

  • Dijon mustard – 50 g
  • olive oil – 220 ml
  • salt – 3 g
  • lemon juice – 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the mustard, salt, and lemon juice, stir with a whisk, and then continue to stir, pour in the oil.

2. Let it stand for 30 minutes and you can dress salads.

This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for at least a week. It can stratify – just mix well again.

  • mango puree – 100 g
  • Passion fruit puree – 100 g
  • lemon juice – 20 g
  • salt – 3 g
