How to make the most delicate bagels with jam: a recipe for successful dough

Bagels are a favorite dessert from childhood. However, it often happens that cooked bagels turn out dry and bruised.

A food blogger with the nickname oliakobyk told us how to make dough for bagels so that it turns out tender and fluffy. She also posted a detailed recipe on her Instagram .

Ingredients

  • Yeast - 50 grams
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Sour cream - 100 gr
  • Margarine - 125 gr
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Flour - 800 g
  • Powdered sugar
  • Jam for the filling

Method of preparation

1. Mix warm milk, a little sugar and yeast in a bowl. Mix well and leave for 5 minutes.

2. Add eggs, sour cream and grate margarine.

3. Add flour and knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

4. Roll out the dough, cut out the triangles and spread the jam.

5. Put the bagels on a baking sheet and leave them for a few minutes to rise.

6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
