How to make strawberry soufflé: better than marshmallows and "Bird's Milk"
If you've already made jam, baked cheesecakes, and churned ice cream, but still have plenty of strawberries, it's time to make a delicious soufflé. It tastes and feels like a cross between marshmallows and Bird's Milk. However, the dessert is extremely tender, airy, and light. Children will definitely enjoy it.
The recipe for the strawberry soufflé was published on one of the cook_with_me_at_home cooking blogs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- strawberries - 250 g
- sugar/powdered sugar - 100 g
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- gelatin - 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Strawberries can be taken both fresh and frozen. If frozen, let it defrost first. Beat the berries with a blender until smooth.
2. Add sugar/powdered sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Add gelatin and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
4. Then pour the mass and put on fire. Stirring constantly, let the gelatin dissolve completely. But do not bring to a boil. Let cool for 1 minute.
5. Beat the mass with a mixer until steady peaks, 10-15 minutes. Put the resulting mass into a mold covered with cling film. Let it cool in the refrigerator.
