Tip: To prevent syrnyky from falling apart, cooks advise choosing cottage cheese with at least 5% fat content and adding only 1 egg yolk.
Ingredients:
- 2 briquettes of cottage cheese 5%
- 1 egg yolk
- powdered sugar
- salt
- vanilla extract or vanillin
- 3 tbsp of flour
- flour for forming cheesecakes
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese with powdered sugar, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and beat with a blender.
2. Add flour and form syrnyky with your hands, fry on each side for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave under the lid for 10 minutes.
