How to make muffins without flour and eggs so that they hold shape and turn out puffy
Traditional muffins must contain flour and eggs to keep the batter in shape. But to make the baked goods healthy and low-calorie, you should replace these ingredients. Simple oatmeal, as well as your favorite fruit, will be perfect for the base.
The idea of making oatmeal muffins without eggs and flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Karina Solodka (karina_solodka). You only need 4 ingredients for baking.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 1 cup (200 ml)
- milk - 1.5 cup
- cinnamon
- fruits/berries/dried fruits
Method of preparation:
1. Combine oatmeal and cinnamon.
2. Finely chop fruits.
3. Pour warm milk.
4. Stir gently.
5. Leave for 5 minutes for the oatmeal to swell.
6. Put it in the molds.
7. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees.
