Classic mayonnaise is a rather fatty and high-calorie sauce. And if it's a store-bought version, it also contains a lot of preservatives. Therefore, it is a much better idea to make a light and healthy avocado mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
- avocado – 1 pc.
- boiled egg – 1 pc.
- Greek yogurt – 4 tbsp
- lemon juice
- unrefined sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the avocado.
2. Put it in a blender.
3. Add lemon juice.
4. Add yogurt, boiled egg, sunflower oil.
5. Beat everything until smooth.
