How to make delicious frozen dumplings: you don't have to cook them
If you have dumplings stale in the freezer and boiling them is too easy, there is an interesting alternative. Frozen dumplings can be deliciously fried in a pan, and topped with sauce, your favorite vegetables, spices, and herbs.
Food blogger Olga Golovina(olha.holovina) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for fried frozen dumplings in a creamy sauce with mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- frozen dumplings - 450 g
- 20% cream - 150-200 ml
- champignons - 150 g
- onion - 1 pc
- salt, spices
- butter - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
cooking method:
1. First you need to melt the butter in a frying pan and add the butter. Pour the dumplings and fry on low heat until golden.
Chop the onion and mushrooms. When the dumplings are golden, take them out of the pan and add the chopped ingredients. Cook also until golden.
3. Add the spices, salt, and cream and stir.
4. At the same time, pour the dumplings and cook under the lid for another 5-7 minutes on low heat. The dish is ready!
