How to make custard cream without a mixer: no lumps will form
Custard cream is utilized in the preparation of numerous cakes, eclairs, and pastries. This base is highly versatile as it complements a variety of cakes. According to traditional methods, a mixer is typically employed to prevent lumps. However, in the following variations, you can manage without it.
The concept of creating a universal cake cream without using a mixer was shared on the Instagram page of the food blogger Halyna, with the username reeixit.
1. Add 100 g of flour and 50 ml of milk to 2 eggs.
2. Beat well with a whisk to make sure the flour is lump-free.
3. Add 700 ml of milk, add 50 g of butter and put in a saucepan on low heat to cook.
4. Stirring constantly, cook until thickened.
5. Add 100 g of sugar to the hot cream (or more, to your taste).
6. Then put 100 g of butter. Optionally, add a packet of vanilla sugar. Stir to dissolve the butter.
7. Immediately take a blender and beat the mass until smooth. All the lumps will disappear. The cream will turn white and become fluffy.
8. Cover the cream with a film in contact. And leave to cool to room temperature.
9. Then you can grease the cakes.
