How to make cauliflower steak: no batter or frying
Cauliflower is an extremely healthy and nutritious product. The most popular way to prepare this product is to fry it in batter. But you can even make a steak out of this kind of cauliflower – it will be much healthier, and it will take much less time to cook.
The idea of cooking cauliflower stacks was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Liliia (kholyavka_).
Ingredients:
- cauliflower
- dried basil
- paprika
- olive oil
- parmesan
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cabbage into steaks.
2. Put on a baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle with dried basil and paprika.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and grate Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for 25 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
6. Serve with hummus.
