How to make butter from apples: it turns out very tender and fragrant
Apples can be used to make not only delicious baked goods and desserts but also butter. You only need the ingredients available - the whole process is quick and easy. The finished apple butter is very tender and fragrant.
Chef Vasily Michelin(vasilymishlen) shared a recipe for apple butter with cinnamon and vanilla on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:
- apples - 5 pcs.
- butter - 200 gr
- cinnamon - 2 tsp.
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- vanilla extract - 4-5 drops
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to bake apples. To do this, cut them in half, peel the core, and put them on a baking tray. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar. Bake until golden.
Remove the flesh from the baked apples and place in a bowl.

3. Add the butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the apples. Beat everything with a blender until smooth.
4. Transfer the mixture to a container, cover it, and leave it in the refrigerator to harden the butter.

5. The ready-made butter can be eaten with bread, toast, or added to oatmeal.
