How to make a healthy sandwich: the right ingredients
If you love sandwiches, make them healthy. The key is to choose the right ingredients:
1. Bread for a sandwich should be made from whole wheat flour.
2. Add an important component - meat, fish or poultry. I recommend boiled, steamed or baked.
3. No sauces or mayonnaise! "Special" sauces are very high in calories and often not very natural. If you want, use avocado mixed with herbs or a little mustard.
4. Do not forget about greens and vegetables - the more, the better. They will increase the volume and saturate better.
5. You can add spicy herbs for flavor. In moderation.
In this form, a nutritious sandwich can be a snack option.
I do not recommend eating sandwiches at night.
