A popular gourmet panakota can be made from ordinary fermented milk. The mass freezes perfectly in the refrigerator and turns out to be very tender. The dessert can be made quickly when guests are on the doorstep.
The idea of making panacotta from fermented milk was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tatiana Perchik (tanya.perchik). You only need 5 ingredients.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- fermented milk - 300 ml
- gelatin - 10 g (can be puffed)
- cocoa - 1 tbsp
- sweetener - 1 tbsp
- berries, nuts, and other decorations as desired
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
2. Pour the fermented milk into the dish.
3. Add gelatin, and mix.
4. Add cocoa through a sieve and beat thoroughly.
5. Pour into molds.
6. Decorate as desired.
7. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
