How to fry potatoes properly to make them crispy on the outside and soft on the inside
Potatoes can be used to make many tasty and satisfying dishes, from simple mashed potatoes to fried and baked potatoes. To prevent fried potatoes from sticking to the pan, soak them in water beforehand.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious fried potatoes with spices and garlic on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- potatoes
- paprika
- bried cilantro/basil
- garlic
- sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut potatoes.
2. Sprinkle with spices, add oil and mix.
3. Place in a frying pan and cook over medium heat under the lid until soft and golden brown.
