How to fry liver deliciously so that it is soft and not overdried: the perfect technology
The liver should never be simply fried in a skillet. The meat will become dark and very dry. You need to add juiciness to the liver. Bacon and pears are great for this.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 350-400 g
- bacon - 200 g
- ketchup - 100 g
- soy sauce - 50 g
- oregano, salt, pepper
- pear - 1-2 pieces
- butter for greasing the mold
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver, pat dry with paper towels, cut into convenient pieces.
2. Mix ketchup, soy sauce, seasonings, salt, pepper (add a little lemon juice if desired).
3. Put the liver in the marinade and leave for 30-40 minutes.
4. Wrap each piece of liver in a strip of bacon, fasten with toothpicks.
5. Cut the pears into medium slices.
6. Put into a baking dish lightly greased with butter.
7. Put the liver on top.
8. Brush the liver with the marinade.
9. Cook in the oven at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
