How to deliciously bake hake in the oven for lunch: it will be very tender and juicy
Hake is a very versatile fish with few bones. It is delicious fried or even stewed. But baking it is a win-win option.
The idea of cooking juicy hake in a sour cream and cheese sauce was published on the Instagram page of healthy eating consultant Khrystyna Romanovska (romanovskaya_krestina). Add quite a bit of cheese.
Ingredients:
- sour cream or Greek yogurt
- French mustard
- teriyaki sauce
- cheese
- salt and pepper
- hake
Method of preparation:
1. For the sauce, mix sour cream 3-4 tbsp, mustard 1 tbsp, teriyaki sauce 1-2 tbsp.
2. Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper.
3. Brush the fish with the sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Cover with foil, and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. After 40 minutes, remove the foil and leave for another 20 minutes.
