How to cook steamed cutlets in a frying pan: children will love them

- 500 g of minced chicken thighs
- small onion
- medium carrot
- 2 tbsp of semolina or very fine cereal

1. Grate all the vegetables on a medium grater (you can grind onions and carrots together with the meat).
2. Add the raw cereal.
3. Add salt.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Form the patties.
6. Put them in the pan.
7. Add a little water and spices.
8. Cook under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
